Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Crowned gear.

Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be:

• Unworn and unused

• Unwashed

• In original condition

• Free from stains, odours, pet hair or other signs of wear

Exchanges & Store Credit

Eligible returns may be exchanged for another available size or item, or returned for store credit.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing preference or incorrect size selection.

Sale & Final Sale Items

Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Crowned Volleyball Co. will cover reasonable shipping costs when the error is ours.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please contact us at crownedvolleyballco@gmail.com before sending your item back. Include your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.

Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Crowned Volleyball Co. reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
